How I Animate with Photoshopby *Keh-ven

Many of you have been asking me how I animate using photoshop so I recorded myself animating a small clip. The scene I was animating is a part of here:

This isn't supposed to be a detailed tutorial, just a little recording of one process I use to animate. So I don't expect many of you to really understand every part of the video. Just enjoy that fact I uploaded this because it really took a very long time to put it together.

great animation - thanks a lot for showing!
I once tried to make my gifs in Photoshop but no matter how I save the animation (yeah .gif of couse) -> it's always non-animated which bugs me.

Any tips? (I now use Ulead gif animator to do my gifs)

I dunno...have you checked to see what time each frame was and make sure it was not like 25 seconds per frame? xD
