A heart, a spirit, the vitality that should never be corrupted with hatred or evil, in the presence of darkness, fell to the claw of an ancient demon that was soon forever sealed into its own slayer. As the pure guardian of the Middle Kingdom of the east was intoxicated by the demon's shadow sealed within its spirit, he had no other choice but to destroy himself and rid of his defiled spirit, for it was no good of the peaceful land to be guarded by a soul with evil within. And so his body eroded away as rock, and his remains are hidden in an unknown terrain in the East.

Tho he still lives in the souls of eight other guardians of the modern day.


Another realism attempt, thsi time, with a character from my original manga, Heart. She is not the main character, however, she is a main part of the story. The flames were very fun to draw, I had to take a while to get them to look right from scratch. The metal was fun also c:

Hey KL, do u use certain preset brushes for the fire? Cuz they look good. And u have used them efficiently. Just asking, could you tell me where i could get those fire brushes?

I wish this could've been at a 3/4 angle so we'd be able to see more her face, but awesome job anyway~ The metal is the best part.

it looks like a photograph of a plastic model of those anime characters but i love the way you do evaporating spirit and the blue/green flames :) very nice

This is really good. The flames look incredible and the shading's fantastic. The only thing that really seems off for me is the chin. It seems to be a bit bigger than it would for a normal woman, but that's just how I see it. Otherwise, this in an amazing picture. Great work as always.
