This was also meant to be entered in a forum contest xD (alot of contests, I know) It is an ancient version of the Dragonair ice retype.

However, I thought it would make a great evo as well, and I developed a new evolutionary method for our Pokemon Frozen Forest fangame. In the game, some Pokemon would be able to evolve accordingly if raised a level from within the Eternal Legend. Since the entire tree is forzen, the result would be a retype of the Pokemon and an adaption.

Dragonice is the result of a Dragonair that is trained within the Eternal Legend.
